"Problems" by Logan Kraft

Well not so long ago, in a guitar shop not far away
I met an old man there and he told me how to play
He said "You got the blues down son, but let me show you what to do,"
"You'll find that in the end gospel's what you'll come back to"

In blues you got problems, in gospel you take um, to the lord
In blues you got problems, in gospel you take um' to the lord

Now I will never forget that dream he told to me
Show box with a voice inside saying music is the key
And from that day on he knew gospel was his life
But until I find my box I'm gonna keep my pain and strife

I got problems, I wanna keep it that way
I got problems, and I hope they're here to stay

We exchanged a few more words before he went on his way
Then he said "I know it son, we're gonna meet again some day"
Now he could be right I'll be souful gospel man
But right now I'm young and I'm proud I bury problems in the sand

I got problems, and I like it that way
I got problems, and I hope they're here to stay

I would like to give God a break
From watching over me
Then I could truely find
What's inside of me, yea me

Settling down, playing it safe, makes everything go so grey
And if I keep on fighting that life I can keep that feeling at bay
So why let someone fight for you and let them have all the fun
I wanna yell and curse and scream as I struggle in the sun

I got problems, don't want to take them to the Lord
I got problems, and without them I'd be bored
I got problems, don't want to take them to the Lord
I got problems, and without them I'd be bored
